@DanielGarb A bad or poorly executed gameplan can make even good players look very average, slow and look like they are only running one way.
AM mentioned that they’d tried to evolve the game plan (assume from around the Sydney game onwards). Is it execution or a bad plan?
The interesting thing about RBA’s decision to raise rates to 4.1% is that we are now just one more rate rise (0.25%) away from being equal to how high the RBA raised rates when inflation hit 7.8% in December 2022. (4.35%) Currently inflation is 3.8%. (Less than half)
@IFM_Economist Would the acceleration of retirement as a lifestyle choice post covid have had an impact?
Also worth noting the minimum pension % went back to full amount in FY23/24 on top of bigger balances pumped up by big gains post covid.
@WillSchofield Players are pretty well drilled about rolling players in the tackle particular if they are pinning the players arms aren’t they?
I think it needed a suspension but 3 weeks is a bit much.
@IFM_Economist 100bp could just mean monetary policy goes from contractionary to neutral though couldn’t it?
If it’s neutral level at 3.1%, is there necessarily any need for stimulatory spending or support?
