@BankofAmerica Spent 45 mins. trying to set travel alert for France & S. Africa. Phone system/agents won’t accept travel alerts & app message says account cannot have travel alerts set. Awful customer exp. & if charges are denied - will be worse. You can do better. Flight leaving
