Riders who came to the Bus Revolution meeting on time, are being turned away because there's "not enough time for them to testify", yet @SEPTAPHILLY is currently giving past their allotted time with their standard PR script.
@afscme33@PHLafscmeDC47 City workers who want a free transit pass can pick up a SEPTA Key Card on:
🚍 Tues, July 25 from noon – 4pm: MSB 16th Floor, Conference Rooms XYZ
🚍 Wed, July 26 from 9am – 1pm: MSB, Conference Rooms XYZ
🚍 Thurs, July 27 from 9am - 1pm: Pelbano Rec Center, 8101 Bustleton Ave
Most all City of Philadelphia workers will get free, "anywhere" transit passes beginning September 🎉🚍🎉
Some labor agreements are pending, but both @afscme33 and @PHLafscmeDC47 members will get the free transit passes
SEPTA's Hearing Examiner wrote only 3 pages to justify a $1.69 billion budget. She hid the fact that SEPTA is hiding over $400 million in a 'fund'. Perhaps the money could be used to improve service and make it safer?
Another big win is free transit passes for many city workers. City workers with the current commuter benefit should cancel their September pass by July 5. Details to come about how to sign up for the free pass
