@radiance345@bangwithcamino@Thechat101 Well…yeah. I’m not part of this cause…because I don’t understand the goal or expectations. Which is why I am asking about it.
If it’s TRULY a just and well thought out plan, why not share some insight about it?
The Karmelo Anthony case has exposed a culture of excuses for Black men who have committed crimes, in this case, murder. @devorydarkins sets the record straight on the "self-defense" claim:
“Do the IQ test on yourself. If someone walked up to you and asked you to leave the store, and you refused to leave, and they put their hand on your shoulder, would you kill them right then and there? Would you stab them in the heart? Would you shoot—would you gun them down in that moment? Or would you wrestle with them? Would you throw blows? I think most people would not kill that other person. So, no, self-defense doesn't exist.”
@radiance345@bangwithcamino@Thechat101 Isn’t asking questions to those who are supporting or part of a cause part of Research?
If the cause is clear and just, why is there…hesitation..to speak about it? 🤷🏾♂️
@radiance345@bangwithcamino@Thechat101 What was the actual point of the boycott? What specifically did Target do that directly affected Black people?
And since the boycott “had an impact”, have they reversed whatever they did?
