最近正在尝试 @Trae_ai ，有个非常严重的bug，已经两周都还在出现：“开始开发”这个按钮会在没有开发任务的情况下冒出来，然后有了开发任务之后反而点不动了。

另外提一个反馈，solo模式下，文档管理窗口可以尝试像antigravity那样独立设置，目前不能多开文档页面。

2. Balancing current tool usage vs. switching to better tools won't yield immediate answers. Use what works within your time and budget constraints.
3. Don't assume your side project will automatically gain users. Years from now, building an app might be as simple as shooting a video today—so why would anyone watch your videos or use your software?

1. 新的工具先用起来再说，不一定非要拿“最核心项目的关键逻辑”去实验，多开几条side project
2. 用好现在的工具 vs 切换到更好的工具，短期内不会有答案，所以在自己时间、钱包可承受的情况下多用就行
3. 不要幻想做了的side project就肯定有人用，可能几年后做出一个app就跟现在拍一条视频一样简单，那凭什么大家要看你的视频，用你的软件

我目前还是会保留两个订阅，对比下我的体验，以gemini作为benchmark
pros:
1. 比较‘理中客’，我有些时候想vibe coding做些事情，会直接告诉我不要做，有些商业上的idea也会给我泼冷水；chatgpt除了个人健康话题外，如果我不要求几乎没有给过我负面的反馈
2. 画板功能非常好用，避免了同一个问题update之后上下文太长的情况

1. 没有project的概念，并且非常喜欢在回答中加入personal context的背景（比如回答‘考虑到你xxxx’），即使我告诉他了除非我要求不然别这样，效果依然很差

看到 Karpathy 都说“从没这么落后过”，普通人还是松了一口气的🥲

如果把AI比做“发动机”，马车夫（就算这个车夫把发动机造出来了）难受太正常了。下一步得有人把“福特式流水线”造出来：把发动机装进可复制的工程体系；再配套一个“驾校”，让更多人通过规范训练掌握“驾驶”（工作流/安全边界/评测/责任），而不是学习“如何将发动机安装到你的马车上”。

如果把“每天能走多远”当效率：现在的 10x 往往像是同时点着多台发动机在跑的马车架构。未来更理想更‘民主’的 10x，应该是一台发动机 + 稳定可靠的车身框架 + 清晰的驾驶中枢与仪表盘——更少‘黑科技’，更可控，更可复制。

I've never felt this much behind as a programmer. The profession is being dramatically refactored as the bits contributed by the programmer are increasingly sparse and between. I have a sense that I could be 10X more powerful if I just properly string together what has become available over the last ~year and a failure to claim the boost feels decidedly like skill issue. There's a new programmable layer of abstraction to master (in addition to the usual layers below) involving agents, subagents, their prompts, contexts, memory, modes, permissions, tools, plugins, skills, hooks, MCP, LSP, slash commands, workflows, IDE integrations, and a need to build an all-encompassing mental model for strengths and pitfalls of fundamentally stochastic, fallible, unintelligible and changing entities suddenly intermingled with what used to be good old fashioned engineering. Clearly some powerful alien tool was handed around except it comes with no manual and everyone has to figure out how to hold it and operate it, while the resulting magnitude 9 earthquake is rocking the profession. Roll up your sleeves to not fall behind.

Weirdly comforting to see even someone at your level say they feel behind — it’s a reminder to the rest of us that this isn’t just “skill issue,” the abstraction layer really is shifting under our feet.

I’ve been thinking of AI as an engine. A carriage driver watching an engine show up would feel exactly this way. What we need next isn’t everyone hand-tuning engines, but someone building the Ford-style assembly line around them — and a “driving school” that teaches people how to drive (workflows, safety rails, evaluation, responsibility) instead of directly wrestling the engine.

And if “distance you can travel per day” = productivity: a lot of today’s 10x looks like strapping multiple engines onto a carriage — fast, but brittle and chaotic. The future 10x feels like: one engine + a stable chassis + a reliable control cockpit. Less magic, more repeatability.

不知道能不能被看到，我今天在尝试使用@yetone大神开发的alma时会遇到很多非专业builder都会遇到的问题：我到底该怎么用这个产品？

打开然后配置好gpt和gemini的apikey后，我第一个问的就是“跟我对话的是alma还是chatgpt”，得到了满意的答复。

第二个问题是：“如果我使用中切换了模型，会如何影响到我的使用”，这个也得到了不错的回答，并且让我开始意识到这个软件相比于网页对话框的好处。

第三个问题是：介绍一下对话框下面按钮的作用和最佳实践，这里我就被卡住了，因为在我告诉了alma我在用macos以及给了截图之后，依然给了我错误的回答：
- 魔杖🪄是用来增强prompt
- 灯泡💡是用来管理记忆偏好

到这个时候我就开始自我怀疑了：我到底能不能用好这个产品？这个产品能解决我问题还是带给我额外的负担？

总的来说，现在我（我觉得周围肯定有人也是这个状态）经常会面临的问题是，我到底是该继续开发和学习当前已经在用产品的使用技巧，还是换一个产品？我觉得生产力工具都会面临类似的问题，就是如何让用户能用好这个产品，但是非AI类工具因为输入到输出是非常稳定的所以大多数都有一个SOP，而AI类工具很难，但这个对于使用者来说却非常重要。

补充说一下我为什么想用：
1. 我目前用gpt和gemini，gpt老早就开始用了，gemini近期开始用的，所以这两平台对我记忆没有完全对齐，我希望能尽量对齐
2. gemini没有gpt的‘项目’能力，导致我问一些非常普通的问题的时候，他就会自作主张地告诉我“这个问题引申到你的project或者你的背景可以怎么样”，我非常不喜欢这一点，所以我觉得context的场景和区隔非常重要
3. 有些时候一个任务我想让两个模型都做一做，来换切换对话框还是比较绕，能在一个界面看就很好了
