@DurableStretch 💯 blending quant & qual... but it depends what comes first. AB testing can be used as a final piece of the research puzzle or the start of a research investigation. But then we get into the experimentation vs testing argument.

@DurableStretch People don’t go to websites for the fun of it... they go with intent. Like I said, AB testing is just a research tool, the data from a test may indicate a change in user behaviour but you should validate quant with qual 👍 (and vice versa)

@DurableStretch If your primary metric is user focused and this experience has a positive impact, then it’s a good indicator that the user experience is ‘good’. The user maybe better informed or converted quicker/easier in the variation. It’s ultimately Hippos that decide if the test goes live
