@VirginAtlantic It would be nice if they answered the WhatsApp at least rather than just ignoring it even if the update is to say no update as of yet. 4hrs in a vacuum of silence doesn’t make a great customer experience. And that was communication through the channel provided on that link…

@craig_pankhurst It’s happening all over the Prem. I think it reflects the intensity of the modern game plus the added time. An extra 10 mins a game equates to an additional 4 games over the season but they are added when you are already knackered and having played 90 mins already
