Sell the news? How good is a 15% “deal” for Europe actually? Uncertainty is out of the way now, so could cause another rally. But half a year ago it was 0% and now Europe have to pay 15%; seems to me that or trade quantities to US could drop or that the margin of the EU companies could being hit a bit. In both cases not good to me, but markets seems to explain it differently….

$IWM may have printed a DCH on day 48 (10 Jul) but is currently subject to a back test of that high before it declines into a DCL. A break of the 10 day MA and daily inclining trend line will signal an impending DCL
