Something I’ve learned in Congress:
We agree on more than enough to secure the border.

a. clinical context counts for more than anything when it comes to diagnosis
b. interpret cell predominance with all other pleural fluid studies, & find a way to make it make sense with (a)
c. the longer fluid sits there the more it will accumulate lymphocytes & eos
@Cephamycin 3. Much more rarely, they can be seen in Sarcoidosis, RA, Chylothorax, Urinothorax, and post-CABG (or other surgical instrumentation of the chest).
