he said that mad times too and said theyre gonna say “this is the end of the war, we assasinated sinwar, here is a picture, its over” in 2021 which is exactly what happened

one of the days he’s walking on foot he randomly gives vice an interview because the reporter asked him to where he talks about george floyd
and american racism and injustice and tied in with their external violence in Palestine

then war ends he does the wildest bluff for so fucking long where he has leadership pretend they’re giving up on resistance and they just want gaza and some permanent ceasefire situation which they did so well that israel genuinely believed them. whole time he and others in the military leadership started a paragliding company for people to do tours of gaza and then raised the prices after a few weeks so noone could afford to do it. had fighters train for what they were gonna do openly and in coordination with the israelis (so they dont shoot anyone down).

tells them to their face that a huge flood is coming just months before then set off a chain of events that changed the entire region forever. then after they say that he’s hiding in tunnels (which wouldve been fair because he was 60 sumn n also at that point the leader of the entirety of hamas) but he randomly gets caught off guard by an israeli unit while meeting with a commander from tel al hawa on the frontlines which the israelis end up killing and the bodyguards too

so this singular man in his mid 60s clashes with a group of soldiers in their 20s for quite a while and even kills and injures some of them. and it took like 5 attempted methods to finally get him and they only did cause they just hit the building with tanks until it collapsed. and then we see his final moments where he still tries to throw a stick at their drone??

they didnt even check who he was until way later cause they thought he was some young fighter but instead they accidentally killed sinwar who the entire world’s superpowers have been searching for nonstop for 52 weeks at that point but he was literally in the battlefield with a blanket to cover his head, a half pack of mentos, a book of prayers, and the glock they took from an israeli soldier in 2018.

and then on top of that when he clashed with them he hadnt eaten in 3 days at least

Corruption in the Western imagination is always somewhere else.

It is the African official with the Swiss bank account. The Latin American strongman skimming from the infrastructure budget. The Asian bureaucrat with his envelope of cash.

It is never the defense contractor who writes the legislation that funds his own contracts.

It is never the pharmaceutical company that buys the regulatory agency that is supposed to contain it.

It is never the financial sector that crashed the global economy, received trillions in public money, prosecuted no one, paid its bonuses that year, and then funded the think tanks that wrote the papers explaining why this outcome was the correct one.

That is not called corruption in the Western taxonomy.

That is called lobbying.

That is called the revolving door.

That is called campaign finance.

That is called public-private partnership.

That is called the market correcting itself.

The terminology is doing everything.

Corruption requires a deviation from a norm.

When the plunder becomes the norm, when the extraction is the system rather than a violation of it, the word corruption no longer applies.

And that is precisely when the rot is most complete.

When you can no longer name what is happening to you because the people who control the language decided it doesn't have a name.
