@Kgosientsho_R We have been unable to purchase prepaid electricity since this morning. When I called Meter Mate, they said it’s the supplier that’s busy with maintenance. If that’s the case, why weren’t we notified in advance? This inconvenience has lasted for many hours 😪

I am being charged R10 repeatedly for failed Uber Eats debit attempts on an account with no funds. The card was removed, yet retries continue. I am now over R600 out of pocket for unsuccessful transactions.
This is excessive, punitive, and unreasonable.
@Nedbank@NFO_Ombud please assist as Nedbank just called me to confirm that there is nothing that can be done regarding my issue as per complaint ref. number 89563318.
