@AdamMeakins Happened to me some years back and.had a coup'e of episodes since but in very random situations. Only position that was comfortable was on the bike! Getting on and off was another matter. Always return to strength work and running the local mountains.

@mollyjhurford Was about to.pitch in with a recommendation for Lake too as their is usually a shoe to match your feet measurements width wise from.their numerous options. I have uber wide feet.

Mostly PF, cald and achilles pain here in the alpes due to.the steep terrain. 4 to 6 mm drop seems to be the sweet spot for most of the ultra runners.

@RoyalMail appears to be a fake signature on a sign for parcel delivered this morning. Delivery driver didn't ring bell (people were at the address), yet parcel left and was 'signed for'.

@SquatUniversity I was told to avoid 'aggravating' factors such as off road cycling and trail running (before I became physio). I was an avid endurance mtb racer at the time and still am, and trail run in the alps here.
