[Jack @pianomanjack]

@Better_UK hi there, I sent an email to the main contact address, ticket number 6575435, and it’s been 4 days with no reply

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld will there be ads and trailers before the IMAX showing of The Odyssey in Leicester Square?

I know it’s not the 70mm version, but that version doesn’t have ads or trailers.

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld Will there be the usual ads and trailers before the IMAX showings of The Odyssey?

Seeing it in your Leicester Square IMAX tomorrow, and I know that 70mm IMAX showings don’t have ads or trailers.

As yours is ‘standard’ IMAX, I’m assuming it does?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@easyJet how do I complain please?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@indicatorfn @grok Yes please

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld It’s now Monday evening and my local cinema still isn’t showing any before the 1st Jan.

Is it therefore safe to assume they’re not going to show it 26th Dec onwards? ☹️

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld Marty Supreme is advertised in your cinemas as being out Boxing Day, but I can’t seem to book it before January 1st?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld Hey, are you going to be showing Wake Up Dead Man? If so, when will it be bookable? Some other chains have it available

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@IKEAUKSupport Hi there. Have you stopped your dish of the day discounts for each different day of the week?

This seemed to be an indefinite promo that ran before the summer holidays.

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld Is the Inception showing in IMAX the original format release? Or is the standard format stretched to an IMAX display?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld Will there still be ~30mins of trailers in front of the Nolan films?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld I’ve done that now. Thank you

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld I filled out the customer service form 5 days ago and haven’t heard back yet. What is the turnaround time I should be expecting?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@cineworld I really think it’s been too long now. Are you able to check on this for me?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@OctopusEnergy Thanks!! I’ve just made a manual payment. Will that stop the payment from being attempted in 2 weeks time?

[Jack @pianomanjack]

@OctopusEnergy I changed my DD details a few days ago. I didn’t think it would change in time for this month’s payment, so there wasn’t money in the account. You tried to take it today but couldn’t. Will you report that on my credit file? What should I do now?
