@FOXSports The commentators should first talk smooth the game and stop their lecture and data read out. They always keep talking about history, philosophy, which club , how great the player is, WTH - learn from Telemundo.
@coinbureau He thinks he is living in god mode. Successful software professionals know that a software is a living- breathing system. Liberation (Open source) is the only way to monitor and validate it. Rest is a way of power grab ๐

So it took me to verify myself 3 times to talk to Verizon but Verizon claims I turned on suspended line somehow online. Silent 3 days , each time taking over 2 hours, and they gave me $50 and charged me for 4 extra months for service I didnโt use
@VerizonSupport@Verizon@verizonfios After ~15 years as a Verizon Fios customer, this has been my worst experience:
I suspended service for 6 months while my house was being rebuilt from the foundation up. Somehow, Verizon reactivated service without my authorization and billed me for months while the house was uninhabitable.
During the most recent service restoration, Verizon sent multiple texts confirming I was ready. The technician arrived near the end of the appointment window, then spent significant time on breaks before telling me he needed a part from a local warehouse and disappeared for another hour.
Once work began, he spent much of the visit on personal phone calls discussing life advice and dinner plans with his girlfriend. When I tried to explain what I needed done, I was told, "I know what I have to do."
Before leaving for an appointment, I explained again that I needed the network jacks properly terminated at the cable endpoints. He acknowledged the request. When I returned hours later, he was still on the phone and was only casually connecting the router.
I was told he would return to complete the hardwired network connections. He never came back.
After 15 years of loyalty, I expect better than unauthorized service activation, months of incorrect billing, and installation work that remains incomplete.

@VerizonSupport So after two hours today, thatโs the third day all I got is - $50 of a total of 200+ charge. This is just your system shows one status ONLINE.
Which apparently implies, I reactivated the connection instantly when my house was under construction
