Three things I learned this year:

1/ AI replaces juniors, not seniors. Vibe coding gives you working code. Experience decides what ships.

2/ Solo founding isn't about talent. It's about getting back up when things break.

3/ The best part is the freedom to say "wait, my son needs a bedtime story."

I've been using Claude for helping me with coding and it's been excellent so far.

I still haven't given ChatGPT Codex a proper chance.

For those who've used both extensively - is Codex worth switching to (or adding to the workflow), or would you stick with Claude?

Curious to hear real-world experiences from developers.
