@FitbitSupport Still nil response from Fitbit/Google except a DM to say they will respond soon. Seems like now cannot get refunds/ replacements for faulty devices.. anyone else have the same issue?
@FitbitSupport hi Fitbit, was promised a refund on my Charge 6 on 17 sept by email, but still have not received the funds. Why does it take so long to process?
@FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, I responded via DM and no response. This is getting very frustrating. I had a charge 6 that died within months of purchase, and now have not received refund since being promised on 15 September by email... π
@Wise Yes but I have had zero facts and some misleading information ( I was told twice the funds had been returned which turned out to both be false) since 18 June. You should at least be able to explain why it's taking so long
@Wise it's been 22 calender days since I asked you to send me my money, and have had no explanation of why it hasn't been sent or when it will be. Their policy is immediate return so should hit your bank account within 5 working days. What's up @wise?
@piersbennett Hey, Piers. If the transfer was successful and has been sent out, then we won't be able to cancel it. You'll need to contact the recipient and either ask them to reject the payment back so it would bounce back to us β then we might be able to refund the money (1/2)
@Wise hi, I successfully sent funds (USD 5 digit sum) to Wise on 18 June (in error), and spoke with them on the day to explain and ask them to return. So far they have not returned the money nor given clear status. What can I do to get Wise to return the funds? Really frustratin
@wim_vertriest@misterkwai@RichardBarrow Did the blue route from the fort to the temple 2 years back. On MTB, was mostly rideable, definite adventure, only once!
@tradeinnsl I have been waiting for my package for 2 months, delivery status says in transit to your country. How long do I have to wait before you agree to refund?
