Today I rented from @Hertz in Santa Rosa to drive ourselves to SFO. The car they gave us had 1/8 of a tank of fuel over half; we argued with Amber it should be full or noted. We returned it w/ exactly the same amount & we got a $60 charge! I am outraged. @Chase we used your card.
