@tesco #tesco Please can I have a reply? I’m concerned that my delivery will be cancelled again on Sunday, having already had cancelled deliveries the last two Sundays! I’m paying a monthly fee for anytime deliveries and not receiving the service I’ve paid for.

@Tesco I’ve had my Tesco delivery cancelled for the second Sunday in a row due to an issue in store. I subscribe to Tesco Anytime Deliveries, how can this happen twice in a row? Loyal customer going back years, I’m not happy. Can only rebook to a very late 10-11pm slot tomorrow.

@bt_uk father who is a bt broadband/phone account holder just passed away My mother has now gone into care home and selling their house They shared a bt email address, how long can she access it for when we report death using online form? It’s used on all her bank accounts etc

@RBS_Help Hi, haven't got to the upload part yet, I need to find acceptable id for donor. If passport and driving licence have to be in date I can't use those? There’s state pension letter or I might be able to find hmrc tax letter?

@RBS_Help For enduring power of attorney to bank account using online form says on website id for attorney & id for donor The donor has an out of date passport & a rescinded out of date driving licence card. I think we can find an hmrc tax code letter, would this be acceptable?

@bhx_official Hi, trying to book premium express arrival, gives 2 options, eu passport holder or non eu passport holder. We are 4 uk passport holders, 3 still with red passports, 1 with new dark blue passport. Are these all non eu passports, following brexit? Thanks

@bt_uk ordered broadband 7/12 & phoned cancel 11/12 Email say broadband will stop 10th Jan & received returns bag. No refund for invoice sent on 10/12 and now another invoice 10/1 Where’s final bill and refund for all costs that I should have for cancellation in cool off period

Signed in just before 6am, in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 mins, get to “your turn to shop”, and nothing! Has now put me right back to the beginning of the queue. Whats the point in paying monthly Anytime Slots and no priority Xmas booking?

@RBS_Help My Dad added me as third party to his rbs current account while he’s in hospital I can’t move money from his flexible savings account to top up current account online. Does he need to complete a separate form to add me as third party to savings acct so I can do that?
