@WhyGoBald The best thing to do is contact the Deliveroo Customer Service team who will issue you a refund and/or replacement and log your complaint against the order.

@WhyGoBald we are really sorry this happened. Unfortunately, at the point at which the pizza is handed over to the Deliveroo driver we lose control of the final leg of the journey, which is where the issue arose.

@opus117 Hi Andrew, we do have two pizzas that contain egg as an allergen (the Portobello and Di Capra). While we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts given allergen from airborne contamination. PI 🍕
