Worst part was hospitalisation of my son due to contamination. A year on we’re not home and his health is compromised. Shameless.

He was invisible. My son was hospitalised due to the contamination.

@thameswater Where is an updated response or basic update to the multiple sources online reporting flooding from your network? You’re happy to accept bonuses but silent when you have to take accountability. Keeping it quiet in front of your shareholders to protect bonuses?
