@TheRAC_UK reported a breakdown yesterday, time slot got moved 3 times & then rearranged to this morning. It’s now past the time expected, no text, no update, nothing. Can’t get through, been on hold over an hour. Can’t go anywhere, can’t get to work as car is dead.Not renewing.

If she’s not told him when he doesn’t give a toss about her, she’s clearly more invested than he is and it appears she’s put up with it for a while.
