@ctitusbrown Similar struggles with getting the best out of @widdowquinn's PyANI https://t.co/O7kXV6Icz0 and large matrices. Currently that output is very similar to sourmash (heatmap with dendrogram), plus the option of a sample-type color key

The @UniOslo now imposing a two-factor authentication without asking for any feedback from the scientific community. We now need to have our phone to validate the login with ssh for instance! Every freaking time... It is very annoying IMO. Also imposed on email, calendars, etc.
