Wow. @easyJet have had our money for over a year. They’re unable to provide the latest (6th) holiday, won’t give us our money back but are telling us we have to wait 30 days for it to be credited to our account so we can’t even book a replacement. Ridiculous 😡🤬😡

Dreadful customer service from @TUIUK They have messed up our refund and are taking absolutely no responsibility for it. Have raised a dispute with my credit card company but shouldn’t have to!

Supposed to be in Nerja for New Year but, obviously, it was cancelled,I would have expected a refund from TUI by now as it was cancelled on the 5th.

As London goes into Tier 3 - The ZOE app shows the wide six-fold variation in symptomatic cases even in adjacent boroughs. Question the benefit of locking down now to release in ten days time - as you risk repeating the Welsh rebound effect with levels twice those of London.

@AvantiWestCoast Yes, I’m sure that’s the case but when I said he shouldn’t be sitting there he just pointed to the sign saying the seat was available. It would be less confusing for everyone if that were changed.
