Once launched, this service will greatly benefit business travelers, students, tourists, and all passengers, while also boosting trade, tourism, and industrial growth in Jalgaon.

CR needs to explain why Maharashtra’s own major stations are being treated as mere pass-throughs! 🚉❌ .

Kindly provide a commercial halt to Train No. 01139/40 Nagpur – Madgaon – Nagpur Special at Jalgaon Jn and Chalisgaon Jn / Pachora Jn stations.

🔹 Jalgaon (NSG-3), Chalisgaon (NSG-4), Pachora (NSG-5) are major stations with significant passenger demand and connectivity importance in North Maharashtra.

🔹 Despite this, the train currently provides halts at lower or similar NSG category stations such as Malkapur (NSG-4), Pulgaon (NSG-5), and Dhamangaon (NSG-5). This selective approach raises serious concerns on fairness.

🔹 Jalgaon is a key junction on the Mumbai–Bhusawal–Nagpur route, serving thousands of passengers daily and acting as a major interchange point.

🔹 Chalisgaon Jn. and Pachora Jn. also cater to large surrounding populations and are important for regional mobility.

👉 Considering passenger demand, station category, and regional balance, it is a genuine and justified request to grant halts at these stations.

We request kind intervention and fair consideration in the interest of passengers from North Maharashtra.🙏

The first book I finished in a night !

Me and my team hardly slept during Op Sindoor, though we watched everything unfolded infront of us.

The book basically takes you almost a year back, from the build up some of us were aware of and the Pradhan Mantri Surya Uday yojna in Pakistan.

You will live through the conflict but this time with this book it will feel like you are standing beside that S400 COs who is ordering his number 2 to launch the missile and shot that JF-17 down !

You will feel like you are in the cockpit of that Su-30MKi who just launched a brahmos while saying "Gayi".

You will feel the thud of an ammunition landed close to that Akash battery.

More importantly you will feel like you are on those secret IAF command nodes who played the whole game.

You will appreciate the Pakistani resolve to hit the Indians atleast once, and you will feel relieved to witness that even after unleshing a very limited amount of its firepower.

The IAF defended the motherland and destroyed the enemy effectively.

The disparity in Maharashtra’s rail services compared to interstate routes must be addressed immediately. Essential local connectivity shouldn't be sacrificed for long-distance trains. Our commuters deserve a fair and balanced railway schedule! 🚆🚩.

I am studying rise of AI over past few months including reading interviews of top AI boses of Anthropic, Google etc. Here is what I think
1) Traditional IT will loose shine ( already happening). Pune IT will continue to grow but at slower pace that too more on IT related to Manufacturing, Logistics etc.
2) New AI centric IT jobs will flourish. Maharashtra should set up massive AI Training Centres.
3) Even smallest of businesses (like street vendors) will start using Software apps built by AI which are specific to their business
4) Manufacturing will be affected but to lesser extent by AI. Gigantic Manufacturing hubs like Pune and Chennai will flourish like never before through Manufacturing. MH govt should try to bring any and all Manufacturing to the state on war footing
5) Financial sector will see different business models and Products like Insurance against AI failure, AI as co patent owners, Gurantees issued by AI, Banks offering AI customised loan and deposit products for each individuals etc. Mumbai should be ready for this
6) Large IT Products Platforms Like Core Banking Systems, ERPs, CRMs etc will loose shine. Newer custom built products with AI will be order of the day. In that sense smaller software product companies will shine
7) Instead of large LLMs the smaller purpose built LLMs ( call them Small Language Model SLM)will be order of the day. Large Organisations will own SLMs trained on their domain/vertical, their customer behaviour and their products and that will be their secret sauce of success and IP
8) Data Centres will pop up in every city. On government level big support will required to support these
9) IT companies should focus on creating vertical solutions - Coding, IT infra, Hosting etc will be taken over by AI
10) Last but not least young generation should NOT focus on learning coding, instead look for skills which are related to Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Infra, new age Finance etc or even Farming related- inshort all the original core sectors. The 30-40 years of IT and Software golden period is transforming into golden period AI centric jobs with skills in one or more core sectors

गिरणा नदीवरील प्रस्तावित पुलाचे ‘ब्रिज-कम-बांधारा’ (Bandhara–Pool) स्वरूपात बांधकाम करण्याबाबत विनंती 🙏

जळगाव शहराजवळील गिरणा नदीवरील प्रस्तावित नवीन पुलाबाबत आपण लक्ष घालावे, ही नम्र विनंती आहे. सदर पूल फक्त वाहतुकीसाठीचा साधा पूल न ठेवता तो “ब्रिज-कम-बांधारा” (Bridge-cum-Barrage / Bandhara–Pool) स्वरूपात उभारण्यात यावा, ही आमची ठाम व जनहिताची मागणी आहे.

यासाठी खालील मुद्दे अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे आहेत:

१) पाणीटंचाईवर कायमस्वरूपी उपाय💧
गिरणा नदीवरील ब्रिज-कम-बांधाऱ्यामुळे वर्षभर पाणी साठवण शक्य होईल. याचा थेट लाभ बामनोद, निमखेडी, सावखेडा, विठ्ठलवाडी, शिरसोली व परिसरातील सुमारे ७ गावांना होईल. भूजल पातळी वाढून विहिरी व बोअरवेल पुनर्भरण (Recharge) होतील आणि टँकरवरील अवलंबित्व कमी होईल.

२) भूजल संवर्धन व शेतीला चालना🌾
साठवलेल्या पाण्यामुळे शेतीसाठी पूरक सिंचन उपलब्ध होईल. भूजल वाढल्याने भविष्यातील पाणीपुरवठा योजनांवरील आर्थिक ताण कमी होईल.

३) नदीफ्रंट विकास व पर्यावरण संरक्षण🌳
ब्रिज-कम-बांधाऱ्यामुळे नदी परिसरात Riverfront विकास, सांडपाणी शुद्धीकरण प्रकल्प (STP), हरित पट्टा, वॉकिंग ट्रॅक, उद्याने इत्यादी सुविधा विकसित करता येतील. यामुळे नदी प्रदूषण कमी होऊन शहराच्या सौंदर्यात भर पडेल.

४) बेकायदेशीर वाळू उपसा रोखणे🛡️

नदीत कायमस्वरूपी पाणीसाठा व मजबूत काँक्रीट संरचनेमुळे बेकायदेशीर वाळू उपसा मोठ्या प्रमाणात आटोक्यात येईल. नदीपात्राची धूप कमी होऊन पर्यावरणीय संतुलन राखले जाईल.

५) पूरनियंत्रण 🌊
योग्य गेट प्रणालीद्वारे अतिवृष्टीच्या काळात पाण्याचा निचरा नियंत्रित करता येईल, ज्यामुळे पूरस्थितीचे व्यवस्थापन सुलभ होईल.

📍वरील सर्व बाबी विचारात घेता, केवळ साधा पूल उभारणे हा अल्पदृष्टीचा निर्णय ठरेल. त्याऐवजी दीर्घकालीन दृष्टीकोन ठेवून “ब्रिज-कम-बांधारा” प्रकल्पास तात्काळ प्रशासकीय मान्यता देण्यात यावी, तसेच तांत्रिक सर्वेक्षण करून याबाबत सकारात्मक निर्णय घ्यावा, ही नम्र विनंती.

जळगावच्या पाणी, पर्यावरण आणि भविष्यासाठी हा प्रकल्प अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे. आपण याकडे प्राधान्याने लक्ष देऊन योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी, ही अपेक्षा..! 🙏

‘फ्लाय ९१ (Fly91)’ या विमान कंपनीने जळगाव–इंदूर मार्गावर सेवा सुरू करण्यासाठी हालचाली सुरू केल्या असून, या फेरीचे नियोजन अंतिम टप्प्यात आहे. लवकरच याबाबत अधिकृत घोषणा होण्याची शक्यता आहे.
Fly91 has initiated steps to start direct flight services between Jalgaon and Indore, and the planning is now at an advanced stage. An official announcement is expected soon.

BJP is in alliance with Shinde's Sena and Ajit Pawar's NCP in assembly. But in Corporation elections Ajit Pawar's and Sharad Pawar's NCP are in alliance. BJP broke up their alliance with Shinde's Sena and both are going solo.
MNS who supported BJP+ during Lok Sabha is an alliance with Uddhav's Shiv sena in Mumbai. Congress is going solo in Mumbai but is in alliance with both Uddhav's Sena and MNS in Pune. Bapu Pathare was the only MLA who won in Pune from the opposition. But his son, daughter in law and nephew are contesting from BJP. Sitting Congress MLA who lost in Pune switched to Shinde's Sena and he is the main reason that is cited for the breaking of BJP - Shinde sena alliance.
BJP's Amol Balwadkar who helped Chandrakant Patil secure 1 L + lead in Pune during assembly switched to Ajit Pawar camp.

This is not politics anymore, it’s an absolute farce. What’s unfolding in Pune ahead of the 15th January elections is shameless, cynical, and exhausting. Parties are swapping loyalties like jerseys, alliances mean nothing, ideology is dead, and voters are expected to keep track of this circus without a single manifesto or vision in sight.
