And the representative that she spoke today was very rude! The customer service we have received on this issue from @SpiritAirlines is unacceptable!

I am very upset with @SpiritAirlines My flight was cancelled by Spirit due to Covid! I was told by a representative that because THEY cancelled the flight that I could use credit to buy my daughter flights. Now their story has changed. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

My Mom @cheri_estelle is still trying to get her verification code to use her voucher from @SpiritAirlines for a flight that was cancelled by them because of Covid! We just keep getting the run around. Any suggestions??
