आलोचकों का आरोप है कि वे चुनाव आयोग को अपनी मर्जी से चलाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। उनके रवैये को लेकर आयोग की विश्वसनीयता पर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

और अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल —

ज्ञानेश कुमार ने EC का डेटा कुछ अधिकारियों के साथ किस अनुमति के तहत साझा किया?

जब रजत शर्मा जैसे वरिष्ठ पत्रकार भी चुनाव आयोग की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल उठाते नजर आएँ, तो मामला गंभीर चर्चा का विषय बन जाता है।

अब जनता के सामने सवाल है:

चुनाव आयोग की पारदर्शिता और विश्वसनीयता पर उठ रहे सवालों का जवाब कौन देगा?

Dr. Raj Nilesh Yadav, 31, an Anaesthesia resident at AIIMS Jodhpur, was reportedly found dead while on duty. Police are investigating the death as a suspected suicide.

Allegations of repeated 36-hour shifts raise serious concerns about the working conditions of resident doctors.

Doctors are humans, not machines.

एक तेजतर्रार पूर्व BJP सांसद, जो अपनी कट्टर हिंदुत्ववादी छवि के लिए जाने जाते हैं, के खिलाफ SC/ST एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

पूर्व मैसूरु BJP सांसद प्रताप सिम्हा के खिलाफ 18 सितंबर को टी. नरसीपुरा में गणेश विसर्जन जुलूस के दौरान दलित समुदाय के बारे में कथित रूप से आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में SC/ST एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

प्रताप सिम्हा ने आरोपों से इनकार किया है।

घटना मैसूरु जिले के टी. नरसीपुरा में 18 सितंबर 2026 को गणेश विसर्जन जुलूस के दौरान हुई।

विवाद की शुरुआत स्थानीय पुलिस द्वारा गणेशोत्सव आयोजकों को मस्जिद के सामने पटाखे और तेज आवाज में संगीत को लेकर दी गई चेतावनी से हुई थी।

इसके विरोध में BJP नेताओं ने जुलूस में शामिल होकर स्थानीय युवाओं के समर्थन की बात कही।

जुलूस के दौरान प्रताप सिम्हा ने पुलिस अधिकारी इंस्पेक्टर धनंजय बी. को लेकर माइक्रोफोन से तीखी टिप्पणी की। पुलिस की शिकायत के बाद उनके खिलाफ एक पहली FIR दर्ज हुई।

इसके बाद B.R. Ambedkar Kshemabhivruddhi Kreeda Kala Sangha के अध्यक्ष ने शिकायत की कि सिम्हा ने उसी भाषण में दलित समुदाय के कार्यकर्ताओं को सार्वजनिक रूप से अपमानित किया और एक इंस्पेक्टर की जाति का उल्लेख किया। इस शिकायत पर 22 सितंबर को दूसरी FIR दर्ज हुई।

दूसरी FIR में SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act की धाराओं के साथ BNS की धारा 352 और 356 लगाई गई हैं।

मामले की जांच जारी है... लेकिन केस दर्ज हो चुका है।

आग अब दरवाजे तक पहुँच रही है!

It is extremely difficult to get anticipatory bail in an SC/ST Act case because Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 explicitly bars the application of pre-arrest bail (Section 438 of the CrPC/BNSS)

Parliament created this strict rule to protect marginalized communities from powerful offenders and prevent witness tampering or intimidation.

Section 18 and Section 18A completely block pre-arrest bail if an accusation of a caste-based crime is recorded.

The Supreme Court of India has ruled that anticipatory bail can be considered only if a reading of the First Information Report (FIR) shows that no prima facie (on the face of it) offense under the Act is made out.

Sahil's rank of 614 was within his own SC category. That means his overall rank must have been at least above 20,000.

With a rank of around 20,000, the course and IIT that Sahil got wouldn't even be available to a General Category student at rank 2,000.
Let me also mention that Sahil's father holds a good position in a bank, his mother is a teacher, and he used an iPhone to use ChatGPT.

Meaning, by any economic or social measure, he was nowhere close to being "Dalit."

This - this is exactly what reservation (quota system) means.
