@GenderCharter@BMiEYNetwork@dadbloguk @dad_craft @Being_Dads @feministdaduk @DadsRockEdin @DaddyandDadBlog@DaddingAround@davidbartlett Good question! It is definitely a momentum thing so the more dads who are seen to be involved the more will realise it’s normal? Think role models and the media also (though avoiding the patronising ‘oh look George Clooney is holding his child, what a great dad’ thing)
Happy #FathersDay!
There is still work to do... but recognition is growing that working dads increasingly expect (and want!) an equal home role. Enabling this will help mums and families to thrive too...

@Slummymummyblog @MumsnetBloggers It’s something that could happen to to any of us... no-one can be vigilant 100% of the time especially when pregnant and knackered! Sounds like you’ve put yourself through hell for it - time to be kind to yourself now? xxx
Dear restaurants,
Babies come with all kinds of parents. A mom & dad, 2 dads, 2 moms, only 1 of either, and leave the house with any configuration of parents possible.
Regardless, the baby will shit themselves and need changing.
Put change tables in both washrooms.
Thanks
Dads are beginning to demand some of the working practices that women have been fighting for: flexible / reduced hours, parental leave, the ability to do childcare drop-offs and pickups. In fact, time to share in their children’s lives! #workingfathers https://t.co/KE4GJCQxw6
Happy Sunday everyone! Can I ask my network a favour? Please share and follow @placesdadsgo and give your tips for #placesdadsgo
