@FitbitSupport Hi, my fitbit charge5 (that I have only had for just over a year) is now unresponsive to taps & swipes and will not reset or charge up. It appears to reset when I try, the logo appears, but then the screen goes black again.

@My_Metro ticket machine at Fellgate just took £3.20 in coins while I was buying an all day ticket. Then showed a message saying ‘coins not accepted’. No refund given.
