@MyNameIsMurray @acjuelich @AdamGrossTX You could solve it with AD groups and a pretty simple JEA Endpoint that lets the helpdesk admins add themselfs temporarily for a set amount of time. Intune has PIM which I guess can be used.

@SCCM_Ryan In our org L1 hasn’t done basic troubleshooting for years. They just fix common issues for which there is a known solution article. L2 does a tiny bit, but mostly handles calls that take longer to fix so L1 can take a new call. Rest get sent to L3/Engineering. KPIs man, KPIs! 😠

@SeguraOSD is it just me or did 20H2 just disappear when doing Update-OSMedia? I can see 1909 and 21H1 just fine. Running OSDBuilder 21.9.15.1 | OSDSUS 21.9.15.1 | OSD 21.9.14.1.
Tried importing new OSMedia from ISO, but still can't see 20H2 when updating OSMedia.
