1. Walk – 30 mins

We'll you're in luck.
Because this list is LONG. You'll never get sick of it. And you can pretty much eat as much of what's on here as you want, until you're full, in any combination, over the next 3 months, and still lose the weight.
You read that right.
Here's the list:
-Lean ground beef (93% or leaner)
-Greek yogurt
-Cocktail shrimp
-Smoked salmon
-Canned tuna
-Literally unlimited vegetables
-Unlimited apples
-Unlimited blueberries
-Unlimited watermelon
-Whey protein
-Diet sodas (sorry not sorry)
-Sparkling water
-Zero net carb tortilla shells
-Skim milk string cheese
-Rotisserie chickens
-Cottage cheese
-Low fat cheddar cheese
-Any hot sauce (a dieting hack)
-Any spices
-EGGS (a thousand of them)
-Roast beef
-London broil (skirt steak)
-Olive oil (be sparing)
-Butter
-Beef jerky
-Any kind of potatoes (white, sweet, etc)
-Coffee or whatever zero calorie caffeine drink you like
Notice a pattern?
This list is protein dominant, mostly carb neutral (but NOT zero carb), and relatively low fat.
If you pig out and eat 4 pounds of cheesy beef and potatoes every day, will you still lose the weight? Of course not.
But this list is specially designed to contain foods that make you feel FULL.
You will have a VERY hard time eating in a caloric surplus if these are the only foods you consume over the next 3 months.
I just have 3 more caveats to set you on your path to fat melting glory:
1. Limit your eating window these next 3 months. This doubly ensures you stay out of a surplus. For example, try only eating between the hours of 11am and 7pm.
2. EXERCISE. Nothing crazy necessary. 10k steps every day, moderate push/pull/legs strength training 3-4 times per week (keep reading)...
3. Eat NOTHING that's not on this list. (double negative I know, I don't care).
This is your menu for the next 3 months. It's plenty robust. Go nuts, as long as it's on the list. And there you go.
As close to fat-loss-on-auto-pilot as you're going to get.
