The only way someone would know about the call is if Tulsi leaked the call to her ally who then leaked it to the press. I suspect that ally is Roger, as Roger gives a lot of “scoops” to Marc Caputo (who I actually like very much).

Roger Stone also falsely took credit for Pulte being nominated as Acting DNI, but the White House told me @RogerJStoneJr had nothing to do with Pulte’s nomination and was actually “blindsided” by it. He even texted people at the White House asking them why he wasn’t told ahead of time.

Additionally, Roger Stone was so desperate to push this narrative that he got Pulte his nomination at ODNI that he was in chat rooms begging people to tweet the story out and tag me to “rub it in my face” since he lied for months and said that my reporting about Tulsi Gabbard resigning before the midterms was fake news.
