@ItsRainingBen @JackieWarner13 He was initially left off the release bc he wasn't able to make it to rehearsals (due to scheduling) so they thought he wouldn't be able to perform. Sneaking him in just means they were able to work out a way for him to get in the final rehearsal and join in.

In 2019 the Tonys randomly announced on this very hellsite that they were selling student rush tickets at the radio city box office starting IMMEDIATELY and I left work in the middle of the day and ran there and that's how I got to actually go to the Tony Awards

and unfortunately every year since that the show has been at radio city (the only venue large enough to allow extra tickets) I spend the week before the tonys obsessively checking all their social media accounts even though I KNOW they're never gonna do it like that again
