Lawyers funded by the Justice Centre have sent a warning letter to @AndreaHorwath and @HamiltonPolice after they attempted to prevent a political conference organized by @DominionSoc from taking place in Hamilton.

Mayor Horwath urged local businesses not to host the conference. Hamilton Police then asked the public to report possible venues to police, despite identifying no crime.

Constitutional lawyer Hatim Kheir said, “The City of Hamilton and Hamilton Police are using both direct action and their influence to exclude a viewpoint they disagree with from the entire city. This is unconstitutional and fundamentally at odds with the way a free and democratic society operates.”

The legal warning letter calls on Hamilton officials to cease and retract their actions and respect Charter freedoms of expression and peaceful assembly. 🇨🇦

DEVELOPING: Police Raid Apartment of Ilhan Omar’s Son, Seize Firearms and Ammunition

Police raided the apartment where Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar’s son lives in Minneapolis.

Firearms and ammunition were seized at the scene and police arrested another man who is not Omar’s son.

22-year-old Abdulrahman Abdi was arrested and booked into the Hennepin County jail, Alpha News reported.

Abdulrahman Abdi is the roommate of Ilhan Omar’s son, Adnan.

Multiple law enforcement sources say a search warrant was conducted Tuesday night on the apartment where Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s son lives in Minneapolis. Guns and ammunition were recovered from the scene.

In response to our questions about what took place at the apartment, MPD confirmed another man, who is not the Congresswoman’s son, was arrested earlier in the day.

Abdulrahman Abdi was booked into the Hennepin County Jail on a weapons charge.

Catastrophic glacial outburst floods are not new. The 1981 Zhangzangbo GLOF released ~20 million m³ of water and debris into Nepal, with estimated peak discharge approaching 16,000 m³/s. The Himalayas experienced enormous GLOFs long before today's atmospheric CO₂ concentrations.

If it happened naturally in the past, we should expect it to happen naturally again in the future—regardless of atmospheric CO₂.

Turning a horrific loss of life into an immediate climate-change narrative without demonstrating that CO₂ caused this particular event isn't attribution. It's opportunism.

And the people exploiting tragedy to do it are grifters.

🇺🇸 The FAA has determined that two controllers left work early before the March LaGuardia disaster, leaving the remaining tower staff struggling with an unusually heavy workload.

Both now face termination.

Air Canada Express Flight 8646 collided with a fire truck while landing, killing both pilots. The NTSB says 39 people were transported to hospitals, not 71 as some reports have stated.

The investigation has already found a brutal combination of failures: overloaded controllers, consolidated duties and a fire truck without the transponder needed for the airport’s collision-warning system to properly track it.

Two people left early. And two pilots never made it home.
