@teresaz1 Interesting snapshot, Teresa! I think post-its are a great idea for structuring the speech. Do you use columns for the individual parts of the speech or does your "red thread" start at the top left and end at the bottom right? Do the colours of the post-its have a meaning?

@louisadeasey Hi Louisa, I always calculate with 100-120 words per minute of speech. Depends on the speaker and the content of the speech. The weightier the words, the slower the pace.
