@marcgravell I've created an issue for the DAP019 error but not for DAP038 as changing to ExecuteScalarAsync fixes this and seems a better fit.

I'm getting a warning about UPDATE lacks WHERE when I join to a cte and just update the lot but I suspect that's better as a suppress my end

@marcgravell tbh I can't even remember writing this method - it was a test to a third party database and out of hundreds of Dapper queries, this is the only one passing them this way.

I'm getting a few DAP038 on value types returned by QuerySingleOrDefaultAsync which I'm just reading up on
