So disappointed with @makemytrip.The hotel room was a disaster, very dark with strong smell of seepage and nowhere close to the pictures.We checked out right away on being told we'd get a refund,but has been denied, citing hotel policy.This is unacceptable. #refunddenied

They cancel returns and when the customer tries to connect, they claim the call is beyond policy timeline. How is the customer responsible to track when flipkart cancelled the return. Why are these adhoc cancellations even happening from flipkart’s end?
