If I send usdc to an address, the erc20 contract updates that address’ balance. There’s no such thing as cospending either. This is what makes dusting just not an attack vector.

What makes dusting attacks possible, is that those utxos can be later on cospent with other utxos under the control of the same wallet, providing visibility into other addresses from that wallet
