@pepboysauto y’all gotta fix your online appt system. Made an appt at 5:30pm, called by staff to say that they don’t take 5:30 appts and I have to move it. Change appt to 10:30am the next morning. Get there, told the system pushed appt to 1pm. Didn’t receive a call or text alert
