I am really frustrated with @IndiGo6E whenever I take their service something has to happen. I travelled from Australia to India and when I reached Mumbai this morning my bags didn’t arrived. I filled the form and every formality and was told that I will get a call today?????????

@IndiGo6E well tried attempt but you guys needs more training to handle customers. Very good excuse was given that we can’t reach her .. a person is travelling internationally and they are trying to reach her on phone .. wow what a try .. @IndiGo6E just takin advantage.

@IndiGo6E worst staff at Lucknow airport who misbehaves with international travellers. Website gives only few options for extra luggage but misbehaviour is at extreme. Just taking advantage of few airlines.
