"Men are also raped🥺" First of all, yes. Second of all, you've never once advocated for male abuse until you tried to invalidate the abuse a woman went through
People who commit suicide are literally not in their right state of mind. To call it "selfish" has always irked me, since we're talking about an impaired mental state so severe it has to overcome survival instinct.
Anne baban senin nasıl yaşlandığını göremeyecek.Partnerin seni çocukluğundan beri tanımıyor. Çocukların genç halini çok az hatırlayacak. En yakın arkadaşların bile geçmişinin tamamını bilmiyor. Hayatının ilk gününden sonuna kadar seninle olacak tek kişi sensin
Kendine iyi davran
...she pointed at the man and whispered, “he keeps following me and my mommy told me if i ever get scared, find a woman with kids.” i immediately took her hand and walked her to customer service. turns out her mom was already inside looking for her. i almost cried when that woman came running. 😭
y’all are upset when a nonbinary person doesn’t medically transition and then you’re upset when a nonbinary person DOES medically transition. they’re either faking it or they’re binary trans in denial. bc despite being ‘queer’, people you can’t force into a binary still scare you
saw a tiktok about a group of women who found a drunk dude and took care of him and this was the top comment. it genuinely makes my heart hurt that i and other women can’t experience the world the way men can
You know how nobody really takes pictures of stuff they think will always be there? That's probably why you've got a thousand vacation photos, but barely any of your childhood kitchen. On just a regular Tuesday, you snapped pics of birthdays, Christmases, and the first day of school, but not your dad chilling in the same chair every single night. Not the sound of your mom coming home, or the view from the backseat when you were too little for the front. It's because none of that felt important at the time. It was just life. Then one day, out of nowhere, the furniture got moved around. Someone sold the house. You stopped riding in the backseat. And just like that, that whole ordinary world was gone. I think that's one of the weirdest parts about getting older. You don't just lose people; you lose whole versions of the world that only existed because those people were right there in the room. And somehow, the things you thought would stick around forever are the very things you barely captured at all.
