Even if 60% of the inbound cars from the N2 are heading to green point, you would move the congestion away from the waterfront and closer to the stadium, and then alleviate the congestion for waterfront and city users. But I am no town planner!!

@UnderpantsAnton @askash Surely it will ease the current congestion heading into for the total volume of cars coming off the highway for either the city, waterfront and green point? CT needs some serious thought on traffic congestion and flow planning, I would think this would help.
