@itluggage Thank you for replying - hopefully the part arrives in time for our holiday on 1st of July, however I think the lock system on this case is not fit for purpose and there is no other way to secure it. I feel very insecure about its use on a flight !

@itluggage has anyone had trouble with the lock on “glitzy” suitcase ? Mine has broken and they are sending to China for replacement part !!! The lock is very dodgy and I feel it will break easy again - also the part may not arrive in time for our holiday 😡
