Trolley grab in the tinned veg aisle, during which I calmly asked him if he could repeat his words directly to my face and that he should learn from this moment that actions had consequences and women expect respect form men no matter what his opinion of them was. He was shaking.
#BBCSaturdayLive I’m not a beautiful woman, but I once incensed in Asda, Kendal when a farmer boy called me a moose under his breath next to the yoghurts! Once I was sure I had heard and understood his giggles and abuse correctly. I walked away, only to perform a surprise 1/2
@IanDunt@OliverKamm I would have thought she’d have a particular empathy with the oppression, hatred, racism and incitement this kind of language causes. Its a typical case of the abused becoming the abuser.
@naomicfisher I have seen schools do this on a whole class basis… rewards for best attendance, yea with headteacher etc. Talk about alienating the vulnerable and less robust pupils. Honestly, the world has gone mad.
@BBCBreaking back of shot people taking photos of Hugh whilst the death of HM is announced. Please could you sort it out. It’s not very respectful. Thanks
