@shebringsjoy Well you're commenting on people who want or do not want to adopt DS children and the number of children available so it's relevant bc adoption doesn't solve the prob of predators
You ask someone in Dec if they can spare a last min week in Aug to watch your toddler while you have a baby, they agree. In May they say they can only spare a week of 10 July days bc their kids moving into dorms + a trip involving their college kid.
@griffith_allie@Am_hailey ... If she's not used to eating some of that stuff that's kind of on her parent. We also don't know if she has any kind of sensory issue, we just know she wasn't comfortable eating that.
@griffith_allie@Am_hailey Again, she could work on the approach but we can't necessarily blame a child for asking for what they want at that age. Ideally we should be teaching them how to ask appropriately or when not to ask
@NoFilterSkin Counterpoint though, as someone pregnant and due in August, the heat causes insensible fluid losses and you might have to get familiar with a liter of Pedialyte daily to keep your BP nice. Pedialyte is not delicious after a month
@WilliamSharwel1@Am_hailey I think commenters are upset bc the kid didn't like the food and they feel that is bratty. Obvi they can learn how to politely express it but I'm eh about it
@librarymom89@Am_hailey No kids are humans there's a right and a wrong way to express your preferences and you don't always get your preference but it's okay to have preferences
