그냥 돈 더 달라는 어느 노조와는 다른 노조 그냥 떼쓰는게 아니라 정말 나라걱정 1번으로 하는 노조 한화오션의 경우 매년 150명 정규직에서 20명 자연감소 작년 채용 정규직 50 E-7 외주 노동자 300 직고용/재작년 300 직고용 청년일자리나 정규직채용이 많이 늘어나야 숙련된 기술이 전파될건데 큰일이다. 200조 넘게 투입되는 MASGA에서 숙련기술을 지켜야한다 우리 인력을 지켜야한다. 이게 바로 상생 노조다 정말 멋지다
