@VirginMoney sent docs recorded delivery signed on 10th Jan still waiting for docs returned to me I was reluctant to send docs but thought I’d give VM a chance and seriously disappointed once again. No one will speak to me as VM have my details wrong hence needing docs HELP

@AskVirginMoney Credit card account. I can’t access the account as VM have incorrect information. Why aren’t VM digital where docs can be emailed or uploaded it’s bonkers and now VM have potentially lost docs that’s cost £££ to replace and the inconvenience caused & stress worrying
