Our next 2 projects are officially cancelled due to a seller who can’t clear title because they refuse to pay @PhiladelphiaGov, @PAStateDept or #IRS taxes for 5+ years and has multiple active contracts with @PhiladelphiaGov now. Gotta love #Philly!
