@valigo This is not a personal flex this a issue of the industry with the workforce. Usually they fire you within 3 o 4 years tops or stagnate you salary so much you are forced to leave

@anniezaidi This is the issue vs tech advancement for the common good vs for the profit of huge private companies. This at least should be heavily regulated. Slower development/advacement sometimes is GOOD and desirable
