@badartfriendo@_Richard_2001 Hilarious and adorable that I ever thought (let alone only 3 years ago) that I ever thought I was stealth about my weirdo obsessions.
@badartfriendo@_Richard_2001 Honestly leading towards doing the same. I also don't want, in like 2024, to have evidence under my name showing what an obsessive weirdo I am.
@TheBiancaT@joshgondelman I used to do the same, but inadvertently. And then I realized some people love to correct me: "morning!? It's 2pm!" So then I started saying it to people on purpose to see what kind of person they are.
@GalenMicheal@ask_aubry Also have ADHD and the only thing my issues with impulse control has caused me to assault is a Costco-size bag of dried mangos. Right now. And believe me, I will live to regret this in about half an hour.
@maggieserota@AnthonyDeVito Thanks for the tip. I always appreciate dog content.
I am envious of your dog mob. I put a hat on my own dog earlier today and now she is hanging out in the other room, just in case I decide to put it on her again.
@offbeatorbit I'm usually like this, like strict about no phones no chatter. But I saw Barbie in a bar cinema and you scan a QR code to see the menu. So I had to pull out my phone and turn off airplane mode bc I wanted Diet Coke. And then I couldn't use tap-to-pay. All so worthless.
@Halcyon270@labuzamovies @MarkHarrisNYC I bought one ticket and snuck into all the movies I wanted that day...theoretically. Lucky for Kips Bay AMC, I was a smoker and could only really last two movies before wanting a cigarette. (But I did often think ahead and brought a sandwich, red vines, and a Diet Coke.)
@MariaLuckyxo@ask_aubry Years ago a friend, who only knew me from the run down party house rental I lived in with a bunch of friends at the time, came with me to my parents' place one day and realized they have money. She actively talked to me with animosity for awhile after that.
