The Russian-Ukrainian war is bloody and senseless – by this point, massive killing and destruction are wrought over nothing.
If it’s about Ukraine not entering NATO – than this question has been taken off the table by now.
If it’s about protecting democracy, than our democracy is in such a fragile situation that barely differs from any other autocratic regime: very limited freedom of speech, weakened institutions, violations of basic constitutional rights, political persecution, and people’s life matter as little as in any autocracy.
If the war is to remove Zelenskyy from power than he has been it’s main beneficiary: on the verge of losing power back in 2021, the war allowed him to thrive, earning money on all aspects of this war, gaining almost unlimited power inside the country, all the while basking in international fame.
If it’s about regaining the territories of Ukraine back from Russian conquest, than Ukraine is just losing more territories, rather than recapturing them.
This war has no reason or justification to continue except of benefiting some small groups. Ukraine is on the verge of extinction because of it.

Several years later, Zelenskyy acknowledged that the only way to hold elections during martial law is electronic voting. I have been saying this for the past two years, but it became relevant only now because President Trump applied pressure.

The vast majority of Ukrainians clearly support holding elections, but no one trusts Zelensky, and everyone understands that fraud is possible.

For the first time in Ukraine's history, my opponents - in the name of the state have deprived me of my lawyers. They were kidnapped by the SBU and illegally mobilized for war.

Now I am being tried without lawyers.

Why does Zelensky say it will take 30 days to prepare a 30-day truce?

It’s clear that he’s not ready for peace and is just making excuses to delay it. His latest claim came after a meeting led by Britain’s bureaucratic coalition of those who "wants" peace.

This stalling disrupts the momentum of Trump’s team, which is actively working toward peace. It also makes it harder to meet the goal of achieving a ceasefire by April 20 - Easter.

Zelensky needs more time to prepare for elections and suppress opposition, using forced mobilizations. My lawyers - who had been working to ensure that my case received public attention - were seized right off the street and sent to the front lines under this pretext.

In reality, Zelensky doesn’t want the war to end because it keeps him in power. If the war stops, people will start asking questions about the huge amount of money stolen from the military, which is being hidden behind wartime censorship.

⚠️THEFT OF U.S. FINANCIAL AID IN UKRAINE: a brazen scheme led by Andriy Yermak, Oleg Tatarov, and Rustem Umerov

I am publishing a scheme according to which $640 million of American financial aid was stolen by the top officials of Ukraine. Such manipulations would be impossible without the involvement of high-ranking officials.

1. On June 17, 2022, the State Enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was created to centralize the procurement of weapons and military equipment for the needs of Ukraine's Defense Forces. In early November 2024, bypassing the Agency, General Serhiy Vasylovych Deineko, Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, received a commercial proposal from the intermediary Polish company "PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o." regarding the supply of ammunition for rocket and artillery systems for defense procurement.

"PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o." is a typical intermediary company without its own production facilities or resources. It is engaged in international trade, including the supply of weapons and defense products to Ukraine, often applying a significant markup on goods and services. Essentially, the company’s details are used as a mechanism for the embezzlement of state funds and their subsequent legalization.

"PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o." has repeatedly been involved in scandals and has failed to fulfill several contracts for the supply of ammunition, resulting in delivery failures. In December 2023, the company signed a contract with the Defense Procurement Agency for the supply of artillery shells worth 70.6 million euros. However, it failed to meet its obligations, and no deliveries occurred.

If the contracts had been processed through the Defense Procurement Agency, it would have rejected cooperation with "PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o." due to the company’s poor reputation.

Given this, the Office of the President has been lobbying for a contract that would bypass and disregard the agreement with the State Enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, as follows:

In December 2024, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Enverovych Umerov , amended the statutory documents of the Defense Procurement Agency, placing 550 billion UAH (12.98 billion USD) allocated for defense procurement under his direct control.

General Serhiy Vasylovych Deineko, Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, addressed letters to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Enverovych Umerov, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Volodymyrovych Klymenko, informing them about commercial offers from the intermediary company PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o. concerning the supply of ammunition for rocket and artillery systems.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Volodymyrovych Klymenko, received instructions from the Deputy Head of the Office of the President and Curator of Ukraine’s Law Enforcement System, Oleh Yuriyovych Tatarov, to prepare the technical documentation required for the execution of the aforementioned agreement.

Subsequently, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine submitted a proposal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraineregarding the delegation of powers to the State Border Guard Service Administration for the implementation of the budget program 2101150, titled:
“Development, procurement, modernization, and repair of weapons, military equipment, tools, and equipment,”
with a total allocation of 23 billion UAH (542.8 million USD).

This allocation was intended for the procurement of defense-related goods to meet the needs of the Defense Forces, with their subsequent transfer and inventory at the arsenals (warehouses and bases) of the Armed Forces.

On November 29, 2024 (two days after the proposal was submitted), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued Order No. 1191-р, officially delegating powers to the State Border Guard Service to conduct defense procurement in the amount of 23 billion UAH (542.8 million USD).

It has been established that PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o., also known as LLC “PHU Lechmar,” is a Polish company founded on October 22, 2004, with its headquarters located in Warsaw at 64 Jana Kazimierza Street. According to the Polish company registry, the following individuals serve on the company’s board:

Sebastian Pękala - Member of the Board since September 18, 2017
Andrzej Pękala - Member of the Board since October 12, 2021
Marta Kowalczyk - Member of the Board
Additionally, it has been established that on December 5, 2024, “PHU Lechmar” Sp. z o.o. registered an official subsidiary in Ukraine under the name LLC “LECHMAR KYIV” (registration number 45892714), holding 98.5% of its charter capital.

The remaining 1.5% of the company’s founders are former employees of Ukraine’s security forces who are now entrepreneurs - brothers Serhiy and Oleh Yerominy.

⚠️The registration of the subsidiary in Ukraine, its brief operational history, or its establishment shortly before signing contracts, along with the involvement of former security officers in its management, suggests possible corruption schemes.

As a result, Serhiy and Oleh Yerominy are co-founders and managers of several companies in Ukraine, particularly those associated with the Polish firm PHU Lechmar Sp. z o.o.:
- Yeromin Serhiy Viktorovych: Born on March 6, 1971, a Ukrainian citizen, taxpayer identification number 2599717153, registered at: Donetsk, Kuprina Street 1.
- Serhiy Yeromin is also one of the founders of the charitable organization “Charitable Fund ‘Soul and Heart with Ukraine!’” (reg number 39895775), registered in Ukraine at the address: Kyiv, Antonovycha Street, Building 51.

The organization’s legal founders include:
- Charitable Fund for the Development of Ukraine’s Future, located in the Czech Republic, Prague, Záběhlice, Matthioliho Street.
- LLC “EXPOGRAD” (current name: “OCEAN MK”) (reg number 39423944).
Additionally, the following individuals are listed as private founders:
- Anatoliy Anatoliyovych Pavlyukevych
- Vladyslav Mykhaylovych Yakymenko
- Andriy Ivanovych Lyha

⚠️Connections with charitable foundations in Ukraine and the Czech Republic may indicate the existence of a complex scheme for fund transfers and laundering, requiring further investigation. The mentioned fund has repeatedly been involved in corruption scandals.

It has also been established that the aforementioned individuals are owners and controllers of:

Trump stated that thousands of Ukrainian soldiers are surrounded by Russian forces and could be annihilated. He pleaded with Putin to spare them.

Zelensky’s response? Silence.

Worse, his latest official news on the website is about attending an Iftar. Meanwhile, Putin labels Ukrainian POWs as terrorists, denying foreign volunteers combatant status. This means no protection - only trials as terrorists or execution.

Zelensky says nothing.

Question for Zelensky and his team:

Why is no one trying to save our soldiers? Where are the urgent negotiations, the international response? Why the silence?

The Office of the President isn’t just hiding the truth - they simply don’t care. SBU spreads fear, targeting those who speak of peace, while Zelensky hands out posthumous awards instead of saving the living.

I want to inform President Trump’s team that nothing has changed in Ukraine’s internal politics.

Propaganda continues to demonize Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Narratives are still being pushed from all sides that there will be no ceasefire and that the war must be fought to the end.

This all suggests that Zelensky and Yermak are merely playing roles. In reality, they have no intention of ending the war because doing so would mean losing power.
Just now, media reports emerged stating that the Ukrainian side, while in Saudi Arabia, reaffirmed its course toward NATO. How is this possible?
The prerequisite for Putin’s full-scale invasion was that former Ukrainian President Poroshenko did not resolve the conflict but instead froze it. He enshrined the NATO course in the Constitution without even holding a referendum or consulting the Ukrainian people.

Right now, this war truly needs to be ended, not frozen. The people of Ukraine want peace. But I remain convinced that Zelensky will do everything to sabotage this. President Trump will be left with only one option: force Zelensky to hold elections and restore democracy. Then, with a new President, we can achieve a sustainable peace agreement in the shortest possible time.

Currently, television in Ukraine has completely died out because Zelensky shut down all TV channels and launched a single state-run channel broadcasting propaganda 24/7, which no one watches. Everyone is online. One post from Elon Musk, and a libertarian who will make peace and turn Ukraine into a U.S. ally could become the President of Ukraine.
